The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership within the BPO industry, strong client management skills, and the ability to drive performance through effective planning, mentoring, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of BPO associates to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to client requirements.

Handle end-to-end team operations including performance tracking, workload distribution, and daily planning.

Act as the point of contact for client communication, handling queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.

Mentor, guide, and train team members to enhance their performance and growth.

Analyze process performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
