Brief Description

Electronics Technology Parks-Kerala (TECHNOPARK), an autonomous organisation fully owned by the Government of Kerala offering world class infrastructure for IT/ITeS companies invites applications from eligible candidates for the following position in Thiruvananthapuram.

 

Job Title - Senior Executive (Marketing) [proposed to be re-titled as Officer (Marketing)]

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including social media and PR agencies, enhance brand visibility, strengthen industry relationships, and drive impactful marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Coordinate with tenants, industry partners, and potential customers to enhance Technopark’s brand positioning and foster collaborations.

  • Monitor industry trends, real estate developments, and branding opportunities to strengthen Technopark’s market positioning. Identify new opportunities and develop effective pitching strategies.

  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain and update client and prospect databases, stakeholder engagement records, and marketing asset repositories.

  • Identify and implement strategies to streamline marketing workflows for greater efficiency and impact.

Preferred Skills

 

Required Qualification:

  • A full-time MBA (Marketing) or two year PGDM or equivalent post graduation course in Business Administration

 

Experience & skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in fields such as Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Corporate Industry Relations.

  • Experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, or related fields is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.

  • Expertise in marketing principles, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning.

  • Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, marketing operations, lead generation, and campaign execution.

  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, working effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ability to track and analyse marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights for optimization.

  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in real estate, IT parks, coworking spaces, or an IPC (International Property Consultant) would be an added advantage. (desirable)

 

Salary & other details

  • Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 1st April 2025

  • Scale of pay: Rs.27,800 – 59,400 (pre-revised).

  • Employment Type: 5 year contract (Renewable on mutual consent)

  • The present positions are at the office of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram; however, Technopark reserves the right to post the candidate in any other offices or projects of Technopark within the state of Kerala or any other IT Parks under the department of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Kerala, if required.
