Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements.
• Sell travel products and services including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
• Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
• IATA Trained & Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Previous experience in sales or travel industry preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
