The Process Consultant will be responsible for elevating the overall quality of the organization by defining and implementing quality parameters aligned with ISO and CMMI standards. This role will act as the PMO office, managing key operational metrics related to efforts, utilization, and delivery performance. The consultant will also coordinate with external consultants for audits and compliance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the PMO office, driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement quality standards based on ISO and CMMI frameworks.
- Define and monitor quality parameters to drive operational excellence.
- Analyze and improve key metrics related to efforts, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to enhance process efficiency.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Coordinate with external consultants for conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and implementing best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on quality processes and best practices.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
