As a Confidential Assistant, you will be responsible for handling classified or private information, maintaining confidentiality at all times. You will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, draft correspondence, and facilitate communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other official documents that may contain privileged information.
