Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Hybris Functional Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to define and implement SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B & B2C e-commerce processes, Hybris modules, requirement gathering, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP Hybris implementations.

Define and design B2B & B2C e-commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the functional design meets business needs.

Configure and customize Hybris modules, including product catalogs, promotions, checkout, and order management.

Work with business users to define and implement customer experience enhancements.

Conduct workshops, training, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for business stakeholders.

Support Hybris integrations with SAP ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party tools.

Identify and resolve functional issues in SAP Hybris implementations.

Stay updated with SAP Commerce Cloud releases and best practices.

Preferred Skills

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Expertise – Strong functional knowledge of B2B & B2C accelerators.

E-commerce Business Processes – Experience with product catalogs, order management, promotions, pricing, and customer service workflows.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design – Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Hybris Module Configuration – Hands-on experience configuring CMS, promotions, user groups, and workflows.

Integration Knowledge – Understanding of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, payment systems, and third-party APIs.

Testing & Training – Experience in UAT, system testing, and end-user training.

Agile & Documentation – Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Hybris certification (SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant).

Experience with SAP Spartacus (Headless Commerce).

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.

Understanding of Omnichannel retail and digital transformation strategies.
