Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at PromptTech Global Office, located at Technopark, Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the General Insurance industry, with proven experience in sales management and team leadership. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the General Insurance sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the General Insurance business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners to expand the business.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their performance and meet company goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and business forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

 

Preferred Skills

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum of 4 Plus years of experience in the General Insurance industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in General Insurance.
• Strong experience in team handling, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is preferred).
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High level of customer orientation and the ability to manage client relationshipseffectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
