- Must have 2-7 years of experience
- Excellent in writing BRDs and FSDs
- Experience in solving complex functional issues
- Facilitating User training and Support UAT
- Strong Stakeholder Management and excellent communication skills
- Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
- Work with Project Manager to define the project expectations and translate this into user stories
- Higly passionate about the profession and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of Banking Domain is a plus
- Experience in International/ Domestic Payments will be an added advantage
