Job Description:

As a UI/UX/CX Designer at Marvelloux, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering outstanding digital experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and fellow designers, to bring innovative ideas to life. You'll work on a variety of projects across different industries, ensuring each design solution meets the highest standards of usability, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. UI/UX/CX Design: Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites, web applications, and digital products, considering both UI and UX principles.

  2. User Research: Conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into design decisions that enhance user experiences.

  3. Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and functionalities.

  4. Information Architecture: Define the structure and organization of digital products to optimize user flow and navigation.

  5. Visual Design: Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, incorporating branding elements and maintaining design consistency.

  6. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.

  7. Customer Journey Mapping: Create and refine customer journey maps to enhance the overall customer experience.

  8. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

  9. Client Interaction: Communicate design concepts and project progress effectively with clients, addressing their feedback and requirements.

  10. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve and innovate.

  11. Deadline: Consistently meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 yrs of experience in UI/UX Designing

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven experience in UI, UX, and CX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.

  • Experience with agile or iterative design methodologies is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles.

  • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

  • Proficiency in handling design tokens and variables for scalable UI systems.
