Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in recruitment, employee management, training and development, and HR administration. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit interviews, as well as overseeing performance appraisals, employee initiatives, and payroll management.

- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the IT recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and hiring top technical talent for various roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Employee Management & Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and handle grievance management in a fair and timely manner.
- Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- HR Administration:
- Oversee all HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Onboarding & Exit Management:
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression of the company culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management regarding employee turnover, identifying areas for improvement.
- Performance Management:
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on conducting appraisals and creating development plans for employees.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and create development programs to support employee growth.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws as it relates to payroll and compensation.
- HR Strategy & Initiatives:
- Partner with senior management to align HR practices with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Implement HR initiatives to drive employee performance, engagement, and organizational success.
- Excellent Communication:
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including payroll, performance management, and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience managing and executing recruitment strategies for IT/technical roles.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
