As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and job candidates professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, posting job openings, coordinating recruitment processes, and handling job applications.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.
- Support the HR team in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
