The platform has garnered investment from the esteemed Times of India group, solidifying its credibility and potential for growth. Recognized as the best EdTech start-up of 2020 by Amazon Edstart, Doubtbox boasts a contracted pool of approximately 1000 teachers, ensuring a diverse range of educators to meet the needs of its students.

JOB SUMMARY : 

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing customers (Generally parents of
    Class 1-12 students)
  2.  Willingness to work from our Offices at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram.
  3.  Introduce products or services, explain their features, and highlight their benefits to
    students and parents.
  4.  Follow scripts provided by the company and adapt them as needed to engage with
    customers effectively.
  5.  Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  6.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer databases.
  7.  Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
  9.  Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate
    information to customers.
  10. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume,
    conversion rates, and sales.

Preferred Skills

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  2.  Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is
    advantageous.
  3.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant
    telephone manner.
  4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and
    close sales.
  5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    simultaneously.
  6.  Good organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and
    follow-up on leads.
  7. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  8. Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  9.  Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to
    accommodate customer schedule

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any Stream
