Brief Description

Juniordec25 Pvt Ltd seeks a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development activities within the Edu-tech industry

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
  • Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain customer information and update databases with call outcomes.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Follow up on initial contacts and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Handle customer complaints or objections professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service

Preferred Skills

  • Education: Master’s in Business Administration, specialized in Marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in sales/business development will be a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
