- Sunday to Thursday: 10:30 PM TO 12:30 PM IST
- Friday & Saturday: 10:30 PM TO 2:30 PM IST
- Customer Support Trainees (Canadian voice process) will be assigned any 9-hour shifts within the designated hours of operation.

Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team (Freshers and those with up to 6+ months of experience) to join our team as Trainee - Customer Support for our Canada Voice Process.
Successful candidates will undergo a structured training program, as detailed below:
- Training Period: All trainees will receive comprehensive Customer Support training for an initial period of 2 weeks. This training will cover all the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the role.
- Certification: After the initial training period, trainees will be required to undergo a Certification process. This phase will last up to a maximum of 4 weeks, during which your understanding and performance will be assessed.
- Employment Offer: Upon successful certification, trainees will be offered full-time employment as Customer Support Executives.
This structured training program will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed in the role and become an integral part of our team.
In this role, you will handle voice support for customers of a popular pizza chain, delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the Canada region.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to menu items, pricing, delivery, and order taking.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Log all interactions in the system accurately and comprehensively.
- Provide detailed information about promotions, deals, and new products.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge to offer effective solutions.
- Follow company policies and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanour with customers.
- Monitor and handle emails and social media inquiries when required.
