The World Environment Day was celebrated in Phase III of Technopark Trivandrum with CEO, Sri S. Ramnath, driving home the message of greenery by planting a tree. The IT park has been placing lot of importance on environment and its protection right from its early days.
BLOOM @ TECHNOPARK
The blood donation camp BLOOM, organized by Tejus, the blood donation forum of Technopark, Trivandrum in association with KEBS, SANCHARI, SAHRUDHAYA and RED FM on June 4th 2016 at Trivandrum Museum closed with 28 successful donations. It was achieved within a limited time period from 9am to 12pm.

The Environment Day celebrations held atTechnopark, Kollam. The IT park that has been at the forefront in terms of greenery, showcased their commitment towards nature by planting trees in the premises of the campus.
WAFERSHIPS TECHNOSOLUTIONS INAUGURATED
M/S. Waferships Technosolutions was inaugurated in Technopark, Kollam, 07th June 2016 by Dr. Raju Narayan Swamy, IAS, Secretary, Department of Agriculture.
'KUTTIKRISHI' BY PRAKRUTHI
Prakruthi, an organization dedicated to preserving greenery in Technopark, Trivandrum celebrated its first anniversary on June 5, World Environment Day and kick started their iconic initiative named ‘Kuttikrishi’.
The organization managed to get help from the sincere volunteers of Kazhakootam coconut nursery,Natana, Prathidhwani, Tejus, Suchitwa Mission and Student Police Cadets enabling them to arrange first set of packages that are required to set up model farm at Government Higher Secondary School, Kazhakoottam.
OFFICIALS VISIT TECHNOPARK
The Indian Ambassadors/ High Commissioners from different countries, comprising of Shri. Pankaj Saxena (Ambassador to Belarus), Shri. S.K.Ashok Warrier (Ambassador to Dr. of Congo), Shri. George Raj(Ambassador to Iraq), Ms. Jasminder Kasturia (Ambassador to Korea), Shri. Akhilesh Mishra(High Commissioner of India to Maldives) , Shri. Sreekumar Menon (Ambassador to South Sudan) and Shri T.P.Seetharam (Ambassador to U.A.E)made a visit to Technopark, Trivandrum. They visited the entire campus and had discussions with the CEO,Shri.S. Ramnath as well as with members of Group of Technology Companies and other companies. They also went on to visit the Kerala Startup Mission and were thoroughly impressed by ideas of Startups, which were shared during the course of a meeting. The team also made a visit to the Fab Lab.

SFO Technologies Pvt Ltd, A NeST Group Company has been appraised at Maturity Level 5 for version 1.3 of CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) on 30thMarch 2016. They are headquartered in Kochi and the company has its center at Trivandrum also operating from Periyar, Technopark.
