The optical solutions offered by Vinvish diversify its applications to market verticals like Aerospace, Defence , Healthcare and Industrial. We have been catering to global customers in the design and development of Optoelectronics based systems. With an experience in executing over 400 projects, the design team consists of experts in Optics, Optoelectronics, Embedded Hardware, Embedded Software and Mechanical, carefully orchestrated to offer one-stop-shop solutions to our Customers. Our strength in this area is highly skilled people with multi disciplinary expertise. 2) Optics / Optoelectronics: Customised designs for Fiber optics / optoelectronics modules like Erbium doped fiber amplifiers (EDFA), tunable pulse generators from pico seconds to milli seconds for various applications. 3) Embedded Development: A) Electronic Hardware Design: DSP based system design, 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers based embedded design, analog hardware design, instrumentation & control design, multilayer board design, simulation. B) Firmware Development: Firmware, Embedded Linux platform, DSP based control systems, 8/16/32 bit microcontroller based systems, LabView based test systems and automated test equipment (ATE). 4) Mechanical Design & 3D Modeling: 3D modeling, Form fit function analysis, Component placement & orientation, Feasibility analysis, Thermal modeling, 2D drawing, CAD/CAM/CAE. To extent further support to our Customers, we have state of the art manufacturing facility for fully automated PCB assembly, CNC machining, well stored electronics store and fully equipped Optical assembly line. We also have various tests and measuring equipment to support our development and manufacturing efforts. Our DSIR approved in-house R&D Centre at Technopark is engaged in design and development of innovative optoelectronics products, which are unique and first in the Country. Vinvish has been bestowed with many awards for its innovations that have spanned fields including Aerospace, Defence, Healthcare and Industrial applications. The recent feather on Vinvish's cap has been its recognition in the form of DST - Lockheed Martin Gold Medal under the India Innovation Growth Programme, DBT-BIRAC Innovator of the year Award and UDHYOG BHARATI Award for our achievements in R&D projects which include; India's first All fiber Supercontinuum light source.PDT Laser for cancer treatment. Vinvish has stepped forward with yet another innovation paving way for India's presence in the global photonics research with the Supercontinuum light (SC) source based reflective Confocal microscope. The Confocal microscope based on SC source is the first product developed under Honourable Prime Ministers Make in India and Reach Global strategy. Vinvish has continued its foray in the R&D field with products like Portable Raman Spectrometer and Non-invasive Glucose measurement system. Vinvish also has its state of the art fully fledged product manufacturing facility at KINFRA Industries Park, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
