Job Description	Age: Below 50 years as on 01.01.2024 Period of contract: 3 years – (1 year probation). Extendable based on mutual consent Job description: Responsible for all Financial matters across all three Government IT Parks (Technopark, Infopark & Cyberpark). Financial control and management through: Effective working capital management. Project finance by determining the best mix of debt and internal financing. Compliance with GST, Income tax, KSERC Ats. Make available: Annual budget and budgetary control on capital and revenue Scientific costing sheet preparation for the land value fixation. Costing sheets to arrive at the rentals for the new buildings/ facilities. Finance related agenda notes for EC and GB. Capex funding arrangement and Credit rating agency – CRISIL Ensure: Correspondence with Government on all financial/accounts matters are done on time. Submission of reports/statements with Govt. and Planning Board with respect to Plan fund allocation and monitoring. Statutory, Internal, AG’s audit Compliance of Financial delegation policy as well as all approvals through e office portal. Formulate Financial plans, and implement processes to support business growth, through financial rating and other funding definition Remuneration: Consolidated pay - Rs 2,00,000/- per month The selected candidate will also get other perks as per the norms of Technopark.
Qualification & Experience	Essential Qualifications & Experience: CA (MBA desirable) 15 years of total post qualification experience in which at least 5 years in a senior management role. Desirable Qualification & Experience: Experience/knowledge in Government procedure/works will be given preference

General Conditions	The present position is at the office of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, however, Technopark reserves the right to post the candidate in any other offices or projects of Technopark within the state of Kerala or any other IT Parks under the department of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Kerala, if required.
