Age: Below 40 years as on 01-01-2024
Period of contract: 5 years – (1 year probation). Extendable based on mutual consent
Job description: Responsible for all Administrative matters (Housekeeping, Security, Estate, Club, Guest Houses, Food Court, Convention centre etc) in all Technopark campuses
Remuneration: Scale of pay - Rs 45800-89000 (Pre-revised)
The selected candidate will also get DA, HRA and CCA at Government rates. Other perks as per the norms of Technopark.

Qualification & Experience

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Any graduation with minimum 60% marks

MBA/PGDM (HR specialization) or MA(PM)/MSW(PM)/MHRM/ MLW/MIRPM from a recognized Institute (Full Time 2 year Course)

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification (PG) experience in Govt.organisations/reputed Corporate companies.

Candidate shall have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken English and Malayalam).

The present position is at the office of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram; however, Technopark reserves the right to post the candidate in any other offices or projects of Technopark within the state of Kerala or any other IT Parks under the department of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Kerala, if required.
