9.Campus Transportation 

Technopark is well-connected by public transport to city. Companies inside the Park run their own bus services. 
 Technopark Express
Technopark runs its own bus service. Technopark Express service runs between Kerala University Karyavattom campus, through Technopark to Kazhakuttom railway station both in the morning and evening. The Technopark Express bus service also runs continuously between the two ends of theTechnopark campus, from Kerala University main gate to Kazhakuttom. 10. Building Societies
Building Societies are incorporated to the best interest of the companies at Technopark Campus. All routine maintenance and other need-based services are rendered by the building societies.

The operation & maintenance of the buildings occupied by the companies are normally maintained by the respective building societies. In Pamba & Periyar buildings the Pamba- Periyar Society is taking care of the O & M of the building. In Nila the Nila Society maintains O&M of the occupied portion of the building. Technopark maintains the exteriors and surroundings of the building.

12. Fire Fighting

A full time safety officer is also appointed on contract for taking care all the fire related security measures.  Necessary quantity is kept in the overhead tank and fire hydrant systems are installed throughout the campus to ensure the 100 % efficiency of the system.

14. Power & Water

a) Water Supply
The water requirements in Technopark are met from sources developed within the campus. There are about 3 ponds and 5 wells on which Technopark depends for its major needs. A water recycling plant has also been set up within the campus. 

Kerala Water Authority 
An additional water line from the Kerala Water Authority is also available to augment the currently available resources. 

Water Recycling Plant 
A water recycling plant is also set up at Technopark campus with a capacity of 180 kilolitre/day. This is intended for reusing the water in order to protect the ecosystem. 

b) Power Distribution Network 
Technopark is a licensee for distributing electricity inside the Technopark Campus. The KSEB Supply is coming to the Technopark  KSEB 110 KV Sub Station forms the main grid through 2 different service lines (one is back up support). Technopark is purchasing the power from KSEB and distributing the power to companies and other service providers in the campus. Technopark directly bills the consumers.

c) Power Back Up Support
 In order to ensure the supply of continuous power to suppliers Technopark provides backup generator (Diesel Generator) support in all the buildings.

16.     Connectivity

Multiple options are available for Internet Connectivity to the companies in Technopark. An optical fibre cable with redundancies at all levels is being placed in the park. Multiple earth stations are also present. 

Technopark Campus is enriched by the presence of number of ISP’s (Internet Service Providers). The major Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are Asianet Satellite Communications, BPL NET.com, Escotel Mobile Communications, Reliance Communications, Bharati, Dishnet, Kelnet, STPI, BSNL Datacom Services and VSNL. 

Three submarine cables landing and 'SAFE' submarine cable landings at Kochi - the primary international gateway of VSNL, offering 15 GBPS bandwidth backed by the digital backbone, provide Kerala with the best communication infrastructure among the states to serve bandwidth-intensive IT industries.

Bandwidth nearing STM levels of 132 MBPS is available, as per company requirements. Reliance and Bharti Telecom has also started its operations.

19. Park Centre: Operation & Maintenance Support

The total operation and maintenance of the Technopark campus is the responsibility of the Park Centre. This includes cleaning all the buildings (unoccupied portions), cleaning of roads and pavements, bush-cutting and weeds clearing, maintenance of roads, lamp posts and street lights, clearing the canals, security of the campus, traffic management and man management. 

The House keeping and cleaning work in the campus is entrusted with Group 4 Securitas Pvt.Ltd and Group 4 Facility Services (P) Ltd.

TSECC is the first facility of its kind in the country. This consultancy centre is set up in Technopark in association with IBM Rational Software Corporation. TSECC provides free access to software engineering tools combined with expert handholding by professionals in the concerned area.

In addition to providing quality infrastructure to units within Technopark, one of the main objective of Technopark has been to accelerate the up-gradation of research and development facilities in Universities and institutions in Kerala to make them capable of carrying out leading edge research and to encourage and support production units to carry out continuous research for developing new products and services. To meet this objective Technopark has been providing infrastructure support like computers and space to students who wish to undergo project training in Technopark campus.

 As part of Industry - University Interaction, students in their final year of study (MCA/BTech/BSc Computer Science) have been doing their projects in Software development at Technopark. 

Aspiring applicants can enquire in person or over mail/phone about the projects offered by Technopark and enroll themselves for the project by fulfilling the necessary procedures. A registration fee of Rs. 100/- and a monthly fee of Rs 1000/- will be charged for doing the project.

KSRTC has extended a good service to Technopark community by introducing long distance bus service to Aluva and Kottayam from Park Centre every Friday at 530 pm.
