TECHNOPARK PHASE-III LAND ALLOTMENT

TECHNOPARK is allotting SEZ /NonSEZ  land for IT/ITES Companies and IT/ITES Infrastructure Development Companies in Technopark , Phase -III

Booking  /Filing  of Application for requesting  the  land will  be open till 31.08.2011. The  allotment  of land will be governed by the Land Allotment Policy-Phase III , dated  15.01.2010.

The rate of the land would be Rs.120 lakhs per acre for IT/ITES Companies and Rs.130 lakhs per acre for IT/ITES Infrastructure Development Companies.   An additional  amount of 10.50% per  annum on the rates mentioned above  from 20.08.2010   to  date of payment shall  also  be  payable by the applicant.
