Land available  at  Phase –III, Technopark  and Technocity Projects

 

TECHNOPARK is in the process of developing Phase-III in 92 acres of land located adjacent to Technopark Phase-I.

 

The land is given on lease to reputed companies of standing for constructing buildings and leasing  and for other supporting commercial activities in 90 years lease. Companies and Consortiums who have experience and expertise in the area of infrastructure development may apply in the format. The details of the initial lease down payment is given below:
