Role & Responsibilities:

  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills; English plus knowing multi languages is an advantage
  • Handle incoming & outgoing calls efficiently, politely and with patience
  • Deliver continual efficiencies through customer queries & logistic tracking and analysis
  • Should be highly organized, methodical and process-driven
  • Ensure you fulfil strategic goals and drive the required business results through customer satisfaction

Preferred skills

Any Graduate with minimum 1 years of BPO experience would be an advantage
