- Must have 1-2 years of Experience in IT industry recruitment
- Should have good understanding of SDLC and the functional requirements and skill sets required in each category of resources engaged in software engineering
- Assist in hiring and screening of prospective candidates.
- Conduct screening of candidates on phone through job portals & recruitment agencies
- Screen and select resumes internally for the company and for clients.
- Arrange and send interview letters to candidates.
- Display job positions on various websites.
- Assist in researching additional job positing options.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
