Brief description :

  • Good verbal and written communication skills-ability to read, write, and comprehend in English and Malayalam.
  • Experience in Direct Interaction with Customers via E-mail and Phone.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Provide quality service to customers
