Brief description :
- Good verbal and written communication skills-ability to read, write, and comprehend in English and Malayalam.
- Experience in Direct Interaction with Customers via E-mail and Phone.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
