Brief description :
· Managing the day to day office operations
· Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls
· Performs the tasks of maintaining administrative records of the organization
· In charge of monitoring and maintaining the training calendar and in carrying out the administrative arrangements in connection with internal & external training activities
· Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes
· Performs other duties as assigned
