Currently, we are looking for Sales/Marketing Executives with 0-1 year experience.
Understanding of basic technologies related to IT services
Excellent at building long term relationship
Customer centric approach - ability to work closely with customers and build relationships
Non-Technical Documentation Skills - including Presentations, Documents, etc..
Should have own conveyance for which expenses will be borne by the company
Individual Target Achievement - Consistent performer
Relevant Industry experience - Selling IT Services and Managed Services
Experience in lead generation (self and with team), Local market knowledge
Experience in methodologies/ Process adherence
Experience in reporting, use of sales tools
To achieve the agreed quarterly, half yearly and annual targets
Cold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports
To focus on account farming and hunting (new account acquisition)
Nurturing good relationship with prospects at senior management level
Tracking actual work done vs. targets
To internally interface with pre-sales technical team to ensure customer satisfaction
