Brief description :

We are looking for a person who is responsible for Business Development with a dual role of marketing and sales.

Responsibilities:    

  • In depth experience in speaking to the client requirements and preparing statement of work to the offshore or in housed development team Finding  new projects and closing the deals
  • Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
  • The ability to pitch and present via customer meetings, telephone, web.
  • Understanding the future perspective of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly.
  • Research and analyzing the market to find out better business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in the long run.
  • Ability to attend project closure meetings with leads, travel and meet the clients directly.
  • They are also engaged in discussions with the clients which help them in planning interesting business proposals which can be beneficial for the company and the clients. 

Preferred skills

  • 2-3 years of working experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Officer.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and project costing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Highly motivated and trustworthy
  • Willing to work on tight schedules
