Job Description

  • In charge of joining formalities & Induction.
  • Handling employee database both in soft form and employee file management. 
  • Managing escalations/inquiries in a timely manner. 
  • Handling monthly payroll, leave and attendance management. 
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy by running data audits and working with HR partners to correct the data. 
  • Trouble shooting issues related to HR systems. 
  • Identification of process issues: Ability to identify process issues through day to day transactional work and/or audits and engage appropriate stakeholder to determine resolution. 
  • Handling of monthly confirmation, performance appraisal. 
  • Exit Interviews and attrition analysis. 
  • Handling queries of employees pertaining to salary, leave, attendance and transfers.
  • Expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees. 
  • Managing escalations/inquiries on timely manner.   


5 years of industry experience (Work Experience in the Animation field is an added advantage).
