Brief description :
We are currently searching for an Excel Savvy Administrative Assistant to work with us. Successful candidates should have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.
The ideal candidate would have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Your duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative & clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing etc.
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, couriers etc.
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Support procurement and Maintain office supplies for department
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
What skills set you come with:
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipments
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Any graduation; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
Experience: 1-2 Years in related administration sector
