Brief description :

The primary task is to handle calls from customers or clients from USA and Eurpoe and provide them with a solution to their queries.

The tasks also include handling customer queries in form of tickets.

Documentation of customer request in form of tickets.

Readiness to learn new things every now and then.

Able to communicate with team lead during escalations.

Provide a solution to the customers or clients without leaving the call open.

Take extra mile to provide quality service.

Preferred skills

Should have very good Oral and written communication in English.

1 year/ Fresher’s can also apply.

Any degree holder can apply.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Should be a computer literate.

Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.

Should be a team player and motivated to learn new tasks.

Should possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time-effectively.

Should be ready to work in Shift based model (Morning, Evening and Night).

Openness to understand different cultures.
