Customer Service Associate

Brief description :

Conducts claims processing activities which include consolidation of documents submitted, analyzes claims, processes claims payments, sends correspondences, coordinates with external clients and in-country personnel for product concerns, and other administrative concerns.

  • Stores and consolidates all documents received in a database management system
  • Analyzes and evaluates claims submitted by client based on documentations
  • Processes payments and charges to enter in financial system
  • Prepares correspondences to be sent to clients

Preferred skills

Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal and written)  

  • Willingness to learn
  • Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any branch of discipline. Result awaiting candidates can also apply.
  • Btech/ MCA graduates need not apply
