Senior Financial Analyst (US: Insurance Process)

Brief description :

  • Conducts claims processing activities which include consolidation of documents submitted, analyzes claims, processes claims payments, sends correspondences, coordinates with external clients and in-country personnel for product concerns, and other administrative concerns.
  • Analyzes and evaluates claims submitted by client based on documentations
  • Processes payments and charges to enter in financial system
  • Prepares correspondences to be sent to clients
  • Coordinates with external clients through phone and e-mail for product and process concerns
  • Attends administrative activities (team huddles, trainings, seminars)
  • Coordinates with in-country specialists for product concerns / inquiries
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert of the LOB, floor walking duties and mentoring Level 1 and new CSAs
  • Engage into team huddle and group discussion regarding product updates and teach back sessions with In-country
  • Process urgent In-country requests through email and/or phone
  • Queue Management and manning of lines in the absence of the ACM (CMS / Apollo)
  • Attends in-country meetings for process and quality updates
  • Process urgent In-country requests through email and/or phone
  • Handles complex claims processing work
  • Act as first point of escalation and production support
  • Liaise with Brokers and Underwriters
  • Analysis of Ageing Claims, Stale Claims, and related projects

 

Preferred skills

  • Excellent oral and written English
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shift. 
  • People, Client and Process Management skills.
