Customer Service Associate
Brief description :
Conducts claims processing activities which include consolidation of documents submitted, analyzes claims, processes claims payments, sends correspondences, coordinates with external clients and in-country personnel for product concerns, and other administrative concerns.
· Stores and consolidates all documents received in a database management system
· Analyzes and evaluates claims submitted by client based on documentations
· Processes payments and charges to enter in financial system
· Prepares correspondences to be sent to clients
Looking for freshers/ candidates with 1-4 years experience.
Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn
Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
Bachelor’s degree in any branch of discipline. Result awaiting candidates can also apply.
Btech/ MCA graduates need not apply.
