Customer Service Executive

Brief description :

  • To provide a high level of telephone based and electronic email support to customers and associated services
  • Report and Log all customer issues into the Customer Relation Management database and resolve the client concerns and sell the products.
  • To provide remote maintenance and reactive support (Training will be provided)

Preferred skills

  • Education Qualification: Diploma/Under Graduates/ Graduates.
  • Should hold good proficiency in English.
  • Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal, written and electronic formats
  • Team Oriented / Player, Self-Motivated, have good Email & Phone Etiquette, Tech Savvy
  • Computer Troubleshooting will be an added advantage
  • Should be open to work in night shift (24*7 environment)
