Customer Service Executive
Brief description :
- To provide a high level of telephone based and electronic email support to customers and associated services
- Report and Log all customer issues into the Customer Relation Management database and resolve the client concerns and sell the products.
- To provide remote maintenance and reactive support (Training will be provided)
- Education Qualification: Diploma/Under Graduates/ Graduates.
- Should hold good proficiency in English.
- Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal, written and electronic formats
- Team Oriented / Player, Self-Motivated, have good Email & Phone Etiquette, Tech Savvy
- Computer Troubleshooting will be an added advantage
- Should be open to work in night shift (24*7 environment)
