Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Write and update quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
  • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports communicating outcomes of quality activities
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Responsible for document management systems
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Annual CTC: 6 L to 10 L (Based on Experience) + Incentives + Bonus

 

Work Timing: 11:30am to 9:30pm

Preferred skills

  Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) – UK Accent

  • Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in Team Management, Quality, and Compliance handling- Insurance Industry
  • Post-Graduation in any stream with preferred work skill.
