Brief description :

  • Should be a Graduate (preferably Life science related) with 0-1 years of work experience  with ability to work well under pressure, have good planning, organizing & time management skills.
  • Incorporating strategic differentiators levered on value propositions into innovative and detailed product requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Preparing and presenting monthly product presentations and metrics to upper management on forecast and overall product position
  • Driving a solution set across development teams based on insights gathered through analysis of market requirements and product positioning
  • Working knowledge in Health care/IT/Product support
  • Working knowledge in SQL scripting (Preferred)
  • Support the Installation and configuration of our Products and its dependent applications
  • Gathering and assessing needs from internal business units; creating custom solutions to resolve issues and developing functional specifications for IT group
  • Simplifying previously manual, time-consuming processes to drive gains in data tracking/accuracy, workgroup efficiency and profitability
  • Working knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Preparing process flows and related technical document; responding  to RFIs and RFPs on time
  • Performing the black- box testing to make sure that requirements are completely done and functioning
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis, manage and resolve product issues escalated through customer support channels
  • Passing the task to deployment team and announcing the deliverables to the requester business unit/customer
  • Review and Deployment of Product upgrades to client environment
  • Providing functional supports to users; creating Use Case document for client approval
  • Conducting customized programs and ensuring that training & development initiatives are aligned with the organizational goals and culture by utilizing contemporary pedagogy, learning tools and methodology
  • Providing in-depth demos for prospective clients
  • Getting the application certified against various certification bodies
  • Performing Gap Analysis and maintain User Acceptance Document (UAT) for the key users
  • Training the end users on the HIS application and creating Super Users at the client site
  • Prior working experience on an Hospital Information System (Added advantage)
  • Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude

Preferred skills

  • Working knowledge in Health care/IT/Product support
