Advanced Excel Specialist - Receivables and Reporting Services

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic report specialist to be part of the Receivables & Reporting team. She/he will have to support the Receivables and Reporting Services team in delivering the services as per the agreed SLA.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assist the Team Leader in preparing the MIS and other reports.
  • Handle various reports, enquiries and analysis of reports, co-ordinate with clients if required, or with other support functions as per the deadlines defined.
  • Processing data from various sources to make it in presentable format.
  • Preparation of reports using MS Excel and its functions (Macros, Pivot Tables etc).
  • Following accepted standards and process guidelines while adhering to the defined SLAs

Preferred skills

  • Bachelors Degree from any recognized university with excellent communication skills.
  • Should be proficient in MS – Excel and able to prepare/present reports as per the requirement.
  • Hands-on experience in handling various reports.
  • Being a junior profile, 1 – 3 years of experience working in BPO or in a similar environment is preferred.
  • Self-motivated to achieve high standards of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in UK Shift.
