Role summary

 The successful candidate will support the Alamy Images India CTO and development team manage the project portfolio. This includes: tracking the status of projects, deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date and conducting project reviews. The job also includes acting as the source of documentation, guidance, tools and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.



  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
  • Ensuring budgets are defined and tracked throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage the status reporting requirements of projects and support others to produce required reports
  • Regularly reporting project health and any other metrics requested by CTO
  • Ensure Timesheets are completed and submitted for approval on a regular basis
  • Conduct project-level audits for process adherence and report the status
  • Conduct project reviews

Preferred skills

  • An bachelors/master’s degree with a good academic track record
  • Proven PMO/Project admin/coordinator experience and knowledge of project management with 1-2 years of experience in similar PMO roles within a project based IT environment
  • A PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be an added advantage
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project planning software
