Admin Executive: Female

Experience    : 6 Months - 1Yr

Minimum Qualification: Any Degree

Job description:

· Front Office & Facility Management
· Handling day to day office administrative tasks.
· Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls
· Organizing and maintaining files and records.
· Planning events or activities regularly/occasionally.
· Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes
· Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
· Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
· Payroll Management.
· Biometric attendance management, Leave & absence management.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Preferred skills

· Excellent communication skills - MANDATORY

· Proficient in MS OFFICE & Tally

· Self-driven with strong problem solving skills

· Pleasant disposition, able to work independently

 

Immediate Requirement.

Female candidate preferred

Qualification : B.Com Preferred
