HR & Admin Executive - (Female Candidates Only)

  • Front Office & Facility Management
  • Handling day to day office administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Planning events or activities regularly/occasionally.
  • Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Payroll & Accounts Management.
  • Biometric attendance management, Leave & absence management.
  • Managing petty cash transactions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Preferred skills

  • Excellent communication skills - MANDATORY
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE/MS EXCEL
  • Self-driven with strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in LWF,ESIS,EPF,PT
  • Experience in Recruitment & HR Activities in IT Industry
  • Pleasant disposition, able to work independently

Immediate Requirement. 
Experience    : 1 -2 Years
Minimum Qualification: MBA specialized in HR
Female candidate preferred
