Customer Support Executive

Brief description :

  • Handle clients calls – Kerala and outside Kerala
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Need to provide training to customers on accounts as well as technical areas
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Track customer support matrix system and manage well
  • Keep track of all customer queries and its solutions

Preferred skills

  • B.Com /M.Com graduates with Accounting Background
  • Should be working on weekdays from 1:30 PM-10:30 PM.
  • Need to work on ” holidays, weekends” if required.
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
