Customer Support Executive
Brief description :
- Handle clients calls – Kerala and outside Kerala
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Need to provide training to customers on accounts as well as technical areas
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Track customer support matrix system and manage well
- Keep track of all customer queries and its solutions
- B.Com /M.Com graduates with Accounting Background
- Should be working on weekdays from 1:30 PM-10:30 PM.
- Need to work on ” holidays, weekends” if required.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
