  1. Recruitment for International Client.
  2. Source Candidates from Database
  3. Taking ownership of the assigned work.
  4. Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cv's
  5. Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Montster, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites.
  6. Posting ads on job portals.
  7. Has passion to speak over handphone
  8. Innovative approach to speak to candidates.

Preferred skills

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical recruiters with 1-10 years of experience who has worked on IT requirements. 
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  3. Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems
  4. Proficient with social media platforms
  5. Experience in recruiting or human resources
  6. Should have hands-on experience on working on end to end recruitment cycle.
  7. Good knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
  8. Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools job sites, networking sites and other sourcing methods independently (i.e.: Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc).
  9. Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
