- Source Candidates from Database
- Taking ownership of the assigned work.
- Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cv's
- Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites.
- Posting ads on job portals.
- Has passion to speak over handphone
- Innovative approach to speak to candidates.
- Technical recruiters with 1-10 years of experience who has worked on IT requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems
- Proficient with social media platforms
- Experience in recruiting or human resources
- Should have hands-on experience on working on end to end recruitment cycle.
- Good knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools job sites, networking sites and other sourcing methods independently (i.e.: Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc).
- Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
