  • Recruitment for International Client.
  • Source Candidates from Database
  • Taking ownership of the assigned work.
  • Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cv's
  • Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites.
  • Posting ads on job portals.
  • Has passion to speak over handphone
  • Innovative approach to speak to candidates.

Preferred skills


  • Technical recruiters with 1-10 years of experience who has worked on IT requirements. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient with social media platforms
  • Experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Should have hands-on experience on working on end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Good knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools job sites, networking sites and other sourcing methods independently (i.e.: Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc).
  • Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
