Brief description :

  • Responsible for sales and marketing of Sesame products and business expansion in the Region.
  • Being Instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
  • Drive peak performance and sales success across the team create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
  • Responsible for conducting presentations, proposal creations, creating technical documentations.
  • Responsible for grooming team members and ensuring optimum performance of the team Excellent written & verbal communication.


Preferred skills

Total: 15 + years of experience.

Experience of 8+ years in senior sales role preferably within Software industry selling banking Products & work as an individual contributor.

Exposure in Product/Services Sales (preferably banking software) like Finacle, Temenos, Flexcube.

Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.

Should have handled business worth 1 Cr. Minimum.

Exposure in Financial Segment is needed across the Indian market. Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.

This role involves extensive domestic travelling and hence talent needs to be prepared for it.

Able to drive customer centricity in the team.

Excellent Strategic Planning, Prospecting, Presentation, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, High Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals and Professionalism.

Should have Excellent skills in building sales team including setting, guiding, grooming and motivating team members.
