SOFTWARE APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER
Brief description :
This is not a network/infrastructure related job.
This job requires you to provide first level support for clients in a Shipping software application.
You should be able to analyse issues reported by clients.
Strive to maintain SLAs in resolving issues.
Escalate non resolved issues to the development team.
Co-ordinate with the development team for early closure of issues.
Should be willing to work in round the clock shifts.
2 – 3 yrs experience in similar support job profile.
Any Graduate with consistent academics and good technical acumen.
Candidates should have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to software.
Good email writing skills.
Knowledge of interrelated domains like writing basic SQL queries, computer hardware, network and software's/applications.
