To create design and deliver L&D solutions to support the organizational change and Development outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including Computer based, self-managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, class Room and on job learning as appropriate.
Training need analysis based on appraisal reports, project need and Organisation.
Categorize training types as induction ,hard skills ,soft skills and ensure the employee gets trained appropriately
Preparation of Training calendar in discussion with technical team
Ensure the conduct of planned training programme.
Take corrective actions for any deviation in the schedule of training programme.
Deliver Training programme to employees on familiarization of policies and procedures, orientation in Mission, vision, values and soft skills.
Prepare an engagement strategy and implement effectively to ensure the motivation and retention of employees
Focus on creating a fun work environment and positive culture that reinforces company participative environment
Organize various events indoor /outdoor events to keep the zeal of the employees high to motivate towards achieving desired engagement
Coordinate with company's reward and recognition systems
Assist in designing a competency mapping framework for organizations
Coordinate with delivery head to realign the resources in different projects based on the skill matrix
Ensure alteration of resources for onsite employment so that a "Fair chance given to all “concept is achieved.
