  • Oversees all social media accounts management including day-to-day social media activities and content strategies.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, blog, and online ad copy.
  • Coordinates social media messaging with ads departments, project managers, and designers to align to quarterly or seasonal company goals
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the online reputation of a brand. Responsible for delivering tracking records related to complaints, interactions, and inquires related to clients.
  • Assist with the execution and management of social media advertising and monitoring impressions/visits/conversion.
  • Excellent ability to build cross-functional relationships and work with a diverse range of stakeholders within the company.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in strategizing Digital Campaigns for various brands.
