Responsibilities and Duties

  • Project Management
  • Regularly update the Project Tracker.
  • File Tracking and sharing files with all the stakeholders.
  • Assigning work to artists via Studio Manager.
  • Preparing Minutes of Meeting.
  • Arranging calls and Skype meeting for Production team.
  • Prepare Project breakdown tracker as instructed by the Producer.
  • Update CEO Tracker as per the guidance of Producer.

Communication Management

  • Regular interaction with internal teams.
  • Ensure that communication is given adequate importance – both oral and written. Leave no room for assumptions.

Time Management

  • Planning and Organising daily tasks
  • Punctuality
