Brief description :
- Handle end to end recruitment process.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Preparing offer letters and appointment letters.
- Education: MBA in HR/Equivalent.
- Should have 4-5 yrs of experience in recruitment.
- Experience of working in a HR consultancy/recruitment agency will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have good negotiation skills.
- Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
