Senior HR Executive

Brief description :

  1. Handle end to end recruitment process.
  2. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  5. Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  6. Preparing offer letters and appointment letters.

Preferred skills

  1. Education: MBA in HR/Equivalent.
  2. Should have 4-5 yrs of experience in recruitment.
  3. Experience of working in a HR consultancy/recruitment agency will be preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Should have good negotiation skills.
  6. Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
