Customer Development Specialist
Brief description :
This is a cross-functional role spanning marketing, sales and customer product engagement. We are looking for an excellent communicator to engage with existing and potential customers to drive adoption of the product globally. The role requires a genuine interest in pioneering digital health adoption and the ability to adapt quickly to different scenarios
- Communicate with potential customers over email, phone and other channels explaining the various product options and configurations to them.
- Ability to comprehend and respond appropriately to the needs of different customers is essential
- Handle product demos and presentations online using video conferencing tools
- Use analytics tools to monitor product adoption and the effectiveness of engagement campaigns. Knowledge of Google Analytics, MixPanel etc is essential
- Contribute to both product and marketing strategy based on perspective gained from customer interaction and analytics.
- Develop relevant content around the product to increase utilization by existing customers. Usage of blogging tools, image and video editing tools will be required.
- Define and update workflows relevant to own area of work, evolving it as necessary. Must have the ability to create relevant reports with tools.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver on common goals around the product and its customers.
